Located under Reporting on the Navigational Menu, Analytics provides users with a range of pre-made reports with easy-to-use filters and export functionality.
Your users can only access data from the locations, cost centers, and virtual cards they have access to, so your business's data remains secure!
Top Dashboards:
Order Tracking: Get a full picture of what's been ordered for and of your locations, with tracking, when available, for each line item! Receivers love this report!
Catalog: This dashboard is a full export of your My Products catalog with vendor, pricing, substitution, and recent order information for each product. The "Substitution Preference Changes" tab shows how your team is using substitution preferences when placing orders.
Invoice and Credit Memo Breakdown: Finance users can quickly review Order.co Invoices and Credit memos for rapid reconciliation. Use your cash flow data to help with financial planning!
Vendor Fulfillment: See what vendors are linked to Order.co, including vendor fulfilled via Email Purchase Order! This dashboard shows which accounts or vendor contacts are being used to fulfill orders, as well as payment settings and order volume.
User Activity: For businesses that need an audit trail, this dashboard gives businesses full visibility into changes to their account.
Raw Data Export: This report contains full order and transaction data for users to export and explore on their own. This is great for users with unique accounting system upload requirements!

Using Analytics
Exporting Data:
- Adjust the filters according to show the data you wish to export
- Hover over the data table > click the "..." button in the top right of the report and choose Download Results
- NOTE: The download row limit is 1 million rows of data. If your export exceeds this limit, try using a date filter to split your data into smaller segments that can be exported separately. Or reach out to Order.co Support for assistance.
