How it works
Virtual Cards Section of Order.co
In the Order.co app, you'll find a new addition in the navigation bar called Virtual Cards. Here's where you can request new virtual cards and manage existing cards.
Virtual Card Details Page
After filling out the request form, a new virtual card will be created and you will directed to virtual card details page which includes:
- Virtual card information, including the credit card number, expiration date, and security code; This information is thoughtfully designed for easy copying and pasting.
- Comprehensive card details, including the request submission, accounting codes, credit availability on the card, and more
- Transaction data that provides a breakdown of all pending and posted transactions
Virtual Card Table
On the Virtual Card page, you will see an interactive table with all of your cards, allowing you to easily access the individual details of each virtual card and associated transactions.
Transaction Visibility
There are new filters and data fields in the analytics dashboard to give greater visibility into Virtual Card spend.
For example, in the Raw Data dashboard and Spend By dashboards, you'll see a filter "Spend Type," which will help you easily differentiate between virtual card and catalog order data.
Invoice Clarity
We've added a dedicated section on your invoices specifically for Virtual Card Transactions, ensuring these transactions are distinguishable from your catalog purchases.
