Approvals are a great tool for controlling what your business is ordering, but when a priority order comes through, or an approver is out sick, important purchases are put on hold. Adding another approver to each step can speed up the approval process, but Order.co now offers Approval Overrides to help businesses keep orders moving smoothly!
When a user*within a user role with the Approval Override permission opens an order, they will see an option to approve any step in an approval rule!
Users with this option can choose which approval steps to override. When an approval is overridden the rule will show that it was overridden and the user that approved it.
*Users must have the Override Approvals permission selected for their User Role before they can begin using this feature.
Order.co gives this permission to Administrators by default, though this permission can be removed if desired.
