Setting Up Order.co as an Application in Microsoft Azure

In order to facilitate Single Sign-On(SSO) via Azure, you need to set up Order.co as an application inside of your Microsoft Azure portal. Follow the steps below to get started:

 

Step 1: Select Enterprise Applications

Step 2: Select New Application

Step 3: Select Create your own application

Step 4: Name the app Order.co, and ensure that Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery) is selected. Hit Create.

Step 5: Click Get Started in the Set up single sign on section

Step 6: Click the SAML tile

Step 7: You will see 5 sections, click Edit on the first section for Basic SAML Configuration.Screenshot_2023-12-04_at_9.12.57_AM.png

  • In Identifier (Entity ID), add https://app.order.co/users/saml/metadata
  • In Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL): https://app.order.co/users/saml/auth
  • Click Save in the top left.

Step 8: In the Attributes & Claims Section, click Edit

Step 9: In SAML Certificates, download Certificate (Raw) and save it for the next step

  1. Copy the values in this block and note that Entra Identifier is the Entity ID:

Send the Values above and a copy of your SAML Certificate to Support@order.co and your Customer Success Manager. Your Customer Success Manager will coordinate a time with you to test and turn on the SSO authentication method. Once verified, your users will be required to use Azure to log in to Order.co.
