If you need to return something for any reason, let us know! Navigate to the order on the Orders page and click the Contact our support team button at the top of the page. Select Start a Return and fill out the form for all items you’d like to return. This sends a ticket directly to our Support Team who will reach out to the vendor on your behalf to facilitate the return.
While our team will do our best to make sure your return goes smoothly, return policies are set by each vendor that you order from. Be sure to keep in mind return windows, vendor policies, and restrictions on custom product orders when requesting your return.
