Users looking to track returns and credits can find return information directly on the order details page. If a return is present a Returns section can be found on the order detail page. Each Return will have a unique ID number along with some additional information. Click View to see all of the return details.
The return view will offer more detail on the return including the estimated return amount. This estimate is based on the refund amount provided by the vendor. This refund amount may change when the return is completed due to return or shipping fees charged by the vendor.
Users will also be able to view what items are being returned or refunded along with the vendor.
